Stocked pieces leave the workshop within two working days. Engraved and made-to-order pieces take longer, and the product page says how much longer before you buy.
Stocked, unengraved pieces: dispatched within 2 working days. Engraved pieces: 5–7 working days, because the proof has to be approved before anything is cut. Made to order: quoted individually at the inquiry stage.
Ground shipping, 3–6 working days after dispatch. Expedited shipping is available at checkout. Free on orders over $150.
7–12 working days after dispatch. Duties and import fees are collected by the carrier on delivery and are not included in the price shown at checkout.
10–21 working days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs. Duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. We do not mark parcels as gifts or understate value.
A tracking number is emailed at dispatch. If it has not moved after five working days, write to us rather than to the carrier — we can usually resolve it faster.

If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before unpacking further and send the photographs to us. If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we remake or refund. In both cases we deal with the carrier, not you.
